Aaron Siddique is the founder and managing partner of 1-800 The Wolf Accident Attorneys (legally The Siddique Firm, PLLC), a Texas personal injury practice anchored in Fort Worth with additional offices in Euless and Houston that represents injured drivers, passengers, and their families in crash, truck accident, and other negligence claims across North and Southeast Texas. His full biography, along with the firm's other lawyers, is posted at 1800thewolf.com.
Siddique earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, with a business certification from the McCombs School of Business, at the University of Texas at Austin in 2005. He went on to St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami Gardens, Florida, where he competed on the school's Moot Court team, interned for the Honorable Michael A. Robinson of Florida's 17th Judicial Circuit, and graduated cum laude in the top ten percent of his class in 2012. He was licensed to practice law in Texas on December 20, 2012, under bar number 24084455, and was admitted in Florida in 2014.
Siddique began his legal career as a clerk at the Florida firm Dell & Schaefer, P.A., working personal injury, medical malpractice, and product liability matters. He returned to Texas and joined the J.P. Barth Law Firm, PLLC, later becoming a partner at Barth, Siddique & Associates before founding the firm now known as 1-800 The Wolf Accident Attorneys, which has grown from a Fort Worth practice into an office serving the Mid-Cities out of Euless and expanding south to a Houston location on South Loop West. Before his full-time return to personal injury practice, Siddique also spent several years in corporate banking, where he managed a team of more than thirty people and a real estate portfolio approaching three hundred million dollars across Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and Nevada. He has said that turning down an even larger role there was the decision that brought him back to representing individual clients rather than institutions.
Siddique is a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, a distinction reserved for the top one-third of one percent of licensed Texas attorneys, and has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2020, 2021, and 2022 and a Featured Lawyer by Lawyers of Distinction in 2021. More than a decade into practicing personal injury law in Texas, he built the firm's intake process around catching injuries, especially traumatic brain injuries, that are easy to miss in the first days after a crash and expensive to prove later if they are missed, a discipline that runs through the settlement-value chapters of this book: the position that a claim's ceiling is set less by the crash itself than by how completely it gets documented from the first week forward.
The firm's Fort Worth office sits at 1212 East Lancaster Avenue. From there, Siddique built out the Euless location serving the Mid-Cities and later opened a Houston team at 2656 South Loop West to reach clients across the Gulf Coast metro. The talks behind this book began as a recorded episode of his podcast, which is also available on Spotify, and Siddique's bar record can be independently verified through his official State Bar of Texas profile.
Siddique built the firm on a contingency-fee model, meaning a client owes nothing unless the firm recovers money on their case. And he has said the measure of a settlement he is willing to sign off on is never the headline number alone but what a client nets after medical liens, subrogation, and fees are accounted for. That is the same standard this book applies to every chapter that follows: not what a settlement is advertised as, but what it is worth. Outside the office, Siddique sits on the board of a nonprofit founded in memory of a client whose wrongful-death case the firm has litigated on behalf of the client's young son, a commitment he has described as a way of keeping that family's story from being reduced to a case file.
