Methodology
This book is adapted from recorded talks between Aaron Siddique and co-host Abby Arnold on the Fort Worth Accident Attorney & Law podcast, along with a separate recorded interview with Siddique about his own background and career. Every legal position, example, and figure in the chapters traces back to those recordings. Every outside statute, regulation, or credential named in the text is linked to its official source rather than asserted without support. Where a detail could not be independently confirmed against an official source, it was left out of the book rather than assumed.
