Fees and Costs
The Siddique Firm, PLLC handles injury cases on a contingency fee: there is no fee unless and until the case recovers money, and the fee is then a percentage of the recovery. As Chapter 12 of the guide explains, the rule of thumb in Fort Worth and across Texas is roughly a third, 33 to 35 percent before suit, often rising to 40 percent if a lawsuit is filed and sometimes 45 percent if the case goes to trial, and the firm advances case costs such as filing fees, experts and medical records. Consultations are free and carry no obligation. The fee and how case costs are handled are set by the written engagement agreement for each case; read it before you sign.
